LegalHub acts solely as a technological intermediary. We do not provide legal advice and are not responsible for the quality of services provided by professionals.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Immediately notify of any unauthorized use

3.2 Validation of Professionals

All legal professionals must go through a validation process including:

• Verification of diplomas and certifications
• Check of registration with the Bar Association or Chamber of Bailiffs
• Identity validation

4.1 Authorized Use

You agree to use the platform only for:

• Searching for and contacting legal professionals
• Making legitimate appointments
• Communicating in a professional manner

4.2 Prohibited Use

It is strictly forbidden to:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Harass or threaten other users
• Share false or misleading information
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Use automated bots or scripts

5.1 Pricing

Rates are set freely by each professional. LegalHub charges a commission on each transaction carried out via the platform.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

LegalHub cannot be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.

All elements of the LegalHub platform (design, code, content, trademarks) are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to LegalHub or its partners.

9.1 Termination by the User

You can delete your account at any time from your personal space.

9.2 Termination by LegalHub

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in case of violation of these terms of use.

These terms of use are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
